How it Began . . .
To the outside world, I was thriving, put together, and successful but inside I was anxious, stressed, and unfulfilled.
I chased happiness by moving from scrappy start-up, to massive bank, to prestigious advertising agency, each time thinking that this shiny new job would finally be the “thing” to get me there. But after a while, at each new job, the shine would grow dull and I would find myself in the same pattern of overworking and undernourishing myself.
I got to a point where I knew I couldn’t face another burnout so I went back to school for nutrition at Tufts University so that I could fuel my body with the right foods and received my coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition so that I could create lasting habits and lifestyle changes.
After setting boundaries, making space for a fulfilling personal life, practicing intuitive eating, and breaking free of the “I will be happy when…” mentality I noticed significant improvements in my mental clarity, focus, energy, sleep quality, health, and yes, happiness!
Other people noticed it too. Coworkers started asking me for coaching and my personal mission to make healthy living easy grew into a mission to help others thrive too.
Topics I often help clients with —
>>> Clarifying their vision and goals
>>> Breaking through areas they feel stuck
>>> Accessing their ideal lifestyle
>>> Building self-compassion and confidence
>>> Fostering meaningful relationships
>>> Learning how to feel more connected to themselves and their purpose.
Real Nourishment, Real Results
In today’s busy, hyperconnected world it’s easy to feel overworked, overwhelmed or just plain “over it,” which may lead you to forget that your body is actually designed to feel great and life is meant to be fun.
My coaching philosophy is to help define what you envision for yourself in each of the five key areas of “Real Nourishment.” Once you have clarity on your dream life, we get specific on how to make it a reality!
five key areas:
>>> Health: Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual
>>> Community: Family, friends, partners, colleagues
>>> Career: Financial wellness, achievement, work-life balance
>>> Self-care: Mindfulness, renewal, sleep, growth, confidence
>>> Joy: Passion, fun, fulfillment, hobbies, connectedness
My values
01 authenticity
I will always show up as my authentic self and will create the space for you to do so as well.
—
02 Curiosity
I approach conversations with curiosity rather than judgment and will help you become more curious about yourself.
—
03 Fun
I believe life is meant to be fun. Even though coaching takes work, we laugh and have fun doing it.
—
04 Compassion
My coaching style is compassionate and encouraging because I believe that in order to make deep, lasting change, you have to allow yourself to get vulnerable.
—
05 Community
The people I surround myself with are the most meaningful contribution to my sense of fulfillment, and that includes my clients.
